Every guest takes home a FREE Dark Skies Pocket Guide and can leave at any time during the eve. There may be some waiting around as we work with the clarity of the sky.
FAQs:
Accessibility: Barton Farm has concrete, Valley of Rocks is grass / tarmac road and Nettlecombe - gravel and grass. Walking distance is <30yds for all locations
What do I bring: Warm layers & warm boots - protect your neck, head and ankles from cold wind. Its a better experience
Do I need any former knowledge: No! Its all for beginners
Toilets: All sites have a disabled access toilet and single cubicle toilets
When do I arrive: At least 10 minutes prior, to find parking and to familiarise yourself
Who do I look out for: Signage and a tall blonde lady with a head torch
To ensure the best experience: we have a 28 days cancellation policy; if cloudy or rainy we still go ahead with our indoor stargazing Show; dietary requirements must be declared at least 8 days in advance, no dogs at Nettlecombe Court events, we do private events for up to 20 guests!

Who are we?
Moor Wild Experiences was established in 2018 by
Liz Cwilewicz BSc MSc bringing exclusive outdoor experiences of a simplified educational nature
Stargazing with Dobsonian telescopes
Navigation skills & D of E
Private Guided Walks & Tours
Bat detecting and Ecology ID skills
A level Geography (NEA) & Biology Field Skills
Experiences are offered throughout the year as scheduled events or as tailored sessions for corporate groups, education centres, Schools, private tuition, accommodation providers and special occasion parties
Liz is a freelance Tutor for the Field Studies Council and holds a Hill & Moorland Leader Qualification
